Traffic Stop Results in 4 Arrests

Arrested:

Daniel A. Peachey; 31 year of age male, Kennewick address, Misdemeanor warrant for DWLS 3 out of BCSO.

Frank L. Glenn; 28 year of age male, Kennewick address, Felony warrant out of Department of Corrections for Escape from community custody.

Dominic N. Woodward; 19 year of age male, Richland address, Felony warrant out of Department of Corrections for Escape from community custody.

Marin J. Rivera; 31 year of age male, Pasco address, Misdemeanor warrant for Possession of Stolen Property 3 out of Sunnyside.   (Documented Sureno 13 Gang Member)
Synopsis:
On April 17, 2013, at 10:20 AM, Richland police officers conducted a traffic stop in front of 2105 Dallas.  Officers observed a female, who they knew from past contacts, driving without a valid license.  During the investigation of this traffic violation, Daniel A. Peachey 2-16-82 was observed standing in the front yard of 2105 Dallas.  He was identified as an individual who had a warrant for his arrest.  Peachey was arrested without incident. 
Following the arrest of Peachey, it was discovered that another individual by the name of Frank Glenn was inside the residence.  It was confirmed that Glenn had a felony warrant for his arrest out of the Department of Corrections.  While attempting to arrest Glenn, two other individuals (Woodward and Rivera) were contacted and arrested for warrants as well. 
Glenn, Woodward and Peachey were all booked into the Benton County Jail for their warrants. Rivera who is a documented Sureno 13 gang member was transported to Sunnyside Police Department for his warrant.
