Notes: Chavez was a resident of Richland, but is now registered as TRANSIENT in Benton County. Chavez’s crimes were committed when he was a juvenile against 2 - 5 year old females and a 17 year old female. Chavez is currently on Department of Corrections supervision and due to being a level 3 transient offender is monitored through GPS. Chavez is known to frequent the 1800 block of Fowler Richland, WA. Chavez is trespassed from all parks, school and their grounds and libraries in Benton and Franklin County.
