NOTES: BAKER RECENTLY MOVED TO THE CITY OF RICHLAND, WA. BAKER IS A NON-TREATED SEXUAL OFFENDER THAT WAS ORIGINALLY RATED A LEVEL 1, HOWEVER WAS RAISED TO A LEVEL 2 DUE TO INAPPROPRIATE CONTACT WITH MINOR FEMALES, UNDER THE AGE OF 14. BAKER IS NOT CURRENTLY UNDER DOC SUPERVISION.
BAKER HAS BEEN TRESPASSED FROM ALL CITY PARKS, SCHOOLS AND THEIR GROUNDS AND THE LIBRARY.

notification meeting will be held at the Richland Police Department on April
12, 2013 at 1800 hours for those interested in additional information about sexual
offenders.
