Richland Police Department is excited to announce our first Coffee with a
Cop being held May 7 from 3:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. at Barracuda Coffee
Company, 2171 Van Giesen St., Richland, WA.
We wish to invite
all residents and business owners to join Chief Chris Skinner and staff
for a chance to interact with us in a relaxed
setting. This is your opportunity to ask the
Chief and officer’s questions, voice concerns, make
suggestions, learn about our community outreach, and public events. If you have
