Arrested:  Ozuna, Robert L.; 26 year of age male, Outlook, WA resident
Charges:  Four counts of Assault 2, Possession of a Stolen Firearm, Felon in Possession of a Firearm

Synopsis:

On 3-10-2014, at about 5:50 AM Richland officers responded to a call of a man with a gun in the area of the 1300 block of Williams Blvd.  According to the reporting party a subject, later identified as Robert Ozuna, was visiting friends.  An argument ensued and Ozuna pulled out a revolver and pointed it at several people.  He also threatened to shoot some of the subjects in the home.
Residents were able to talk Ozuna into leaving the house and called 911.  Responding officers, assisted by a BCSO K-9 unit could not locate Ozuna.

At about 7:30 AM a neighbor several houses down from the original call contacted 911 and reported that a subject fitting Ozuna’s description was hiding in the back yard.  Officers went to the location and found Ozuna hiding in the yard.  A loaded, .38 caliber revolver was found near him.  The revolver was reported to be stolen out of Soap Lake, WA.  Ozuna is a convicted felon and a gang member.
Ozuna was taken into custody without further incident.  After consultation with the Benton County Prosecutor’s office he was booked into the Benton County jail on the above charges.
