Theft Suspect Update

Evidence has been identified that links the suspect, Chad Quigley, to a fourth Richland construction site theft case.

The investigation is continuing and there is a significant amount of evidence left to process.

Charges may be amended after consultation with the Benton County Prosecutor's Office.
