Synopsis:
On 01/16/12, at about 0439 hours, RPD Units responded to a report of a vehicle prowler near Englewood and Rathwood in Richland. A neighbor reported seeing Robert Morrison attempting to enter a vehicle near the location. The neighbor confronted Morrison and Morrison fled on foot. The neighbor provided officers with a detailed description of the prowler. Morrison's identity was not known at this time.

Officers arrived in the area and discovered a stolen vehicle parked nearby. Pasco PD's K-9 Falco responded to the scene and assisted officers in tracking for the suspect.
