Charges:  Four counts of Assault 2, Possession of a Stolen Firearm, Felon in Possession of a Firearm

Synopsis:

On 3-10-2014, at about 5:50 AM Richland officers responded to a call of a man with a gun in the area of the 1300 block of Williams Blvd.  According to the reporting party a subject, later identified as Robert Ozuna, was visiting friends.  An argument ensued and Ozuna pulled out a revolver and pointed it at several people.  He also threatened to shoot some of the subjects in the home.
Residents were able to talk Ozuna into leaving the house and called 911.  Responding officers, assisted by a BCSO K-9 unit could not locate Ozuna.
