White Female, 5-03, 130, Black hair, Brown Eyes
Address: 2000 Block Stevens Drive, Richland
Convictions: Promoting Commercial Sexual Abuse of a Minor, 2011
According to official documents, Salsbury recruited and employed multiple minor aged females from local high schools for both stripping and prostitution. Salsbury knew the females to be minors. Salsbury directly advertised, coordinated, arranged and received money from
adult clients in exchange for their sexual contact with the minor females. Salsbury used threats and coercion as a means of controlling and manipulating the minor females into continuing work for her.
Recent events involving Salsbury presenting as a "motivational speaker" at a local high school caused her level rating to be raised from a Level 1 to a Level 2. Salsbury is currently under Department of Corrections and Federal Supervision. Salsbury is trespassed from all parks, schools, libraries and their grounds in Benton and Franklin Counties.
