Updated Level 2 and Level 3 Sex Offender List

Each year the Richland Police Department updates the list of Level 2 and Level 3 sex offenders living within city limits.  This notification is not intended to increase fear or apprehension but to keep the public informed.

This information is provided in accordance with RCW 4.24.550.  None of the individuals listed are wanted by the police at this time.

Level 3 sex offenders:

Level 2 sex offenders:

The Richland Police Department has no legal authority to direct where a sex offender may live unless court ordered restrictions exist.

Citizen abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate or harass a registered sex offender will not be tolerated.  Such abuse could end our ability to do community notifications.
